Today we take a look at the team that assembles our precise vacuum brazing components into more comprehensive assemblies: the assembly team!

Because the activities there begin after the individual part production and include the assembly and testing of subassemblies. Under the leadership of Frank Wissel and his deputy Rouven Reichwein, eight experienced employees work hard every day to implement the individual wishes of our customers.

First and foremost, this involves components for coating and assembly systems. Assemblies with special vacuum requirements (HV/UHV) are also assembled here. This is because the team offers a range of services to comprehensively serve customers with demanding applications. These include laser welding, clean room assembly, low-particle cleaning, residual gas analysis, pressure testing, helium leak testing, permeability measurement, and thorough documentation of the assembly and testing processes.
