New work and agile working are becoming more and more important in the business world. For this reason, the Bavarian Employers’ Associations for the Metalworking and Electrical Industries „bayme vbm“ wanted to provide companies with implementation guidelines. To think outside the box and give practical examples, four companies were asked: How did they deal with the changes in the business world? How did they provide employees with leeway to make their own decisions? We are very pleased to have contributed to the success of the project as one of these companies!
